A quick and honest take
Our experience was marred by disorganization. We faced a one-hour wait just to enter a frozen reception area, and our reserved room lacked a promised balcony. For 300 euros per night, I expected better, unchanging sheets and towels, a dusty room, and inconsistent service left much to be desired.

Room was tiny and dusty, and we waited ages to get in—the promised balcony was a no-show. But the indoor pool was a sweet touch after a long day!

Not Recommended for Families
The indoor swimming pool was fantastic, perfect for my son to unwind after snowboarding. The happy hour vibe was nice , a relief after the cold outside.
It wasn’t cheap, but I had expected more for what we paid.

We had a great time staying at this hotel! The hot tub was a perfect end to each day of snowboarding, and the cozy ambiance really made us feel at home.

The room was tiny and felt really cramped for the two of us. We were supposed to have a balcony, but that was missing. The sheets weren’t changed at all during our 6-night stay, and we just had one towel each the whole time. Plus, the room was dusty, which was a big problem for my son's allergies. he was sneezing constantly. For 300 euros a night, I expected way more comfort and cleanliness.

It was just a perfect match for a brief hiatus in Tignes with very good value for money. Enjoyed a relaxing soak in the hot tub each evening, which was a highlight after snowboarding. Consider bringing your own towels for comfort.

The chalet offers a cozy atmosphere with a rustic design that fits well with the ski mountain environment. Its access to slopes is decent, making it easy to hit the runs early in the morning and ski back after a long day on the snow.
The Twin Room with Bath felt cramped for a family of four, making it hard to move around comfortably. the amenities seemed a little outdated. There was a lack of common areas for relaxing, so it felt a bit confined after a day out. the absence of soundproofing meant that hallway conversations were all too audible, impacting our ability to unwind after snowboarding.
